After my painfully long and difficult divorce was finally over, I found myself facing divorce judgment enforcement because my ex-husband refused to follow the agreement. Having to start court proceedings again was devastating. I dreaded the entire process. Fortunately, I came across Mr. Usher’s name. Thanks to Usher Law, my dad is now a US citizen! This firm helped my dad from the very beginning of the process all the way to the USCIS interview. The firm helped make a difficult and hard-to-navigate process smooth for my dad. With their help we learned that he was eligible for the 65/20 exemption and a medical disability waiver due to his glaucoma and cataracts. An attorney was also present the day of the interview to make sure my dad’s rights were protected. Know that if you choose Usher Law (which you should) you’ll be in very good hands!!
